Some manufacturers show the invoice and sticker prices side by side, which I find useful. I got the info I needed from KBB.com, and think I got a reasonable deal, but negotiating is part of the game. After a couple of weeks of ownership, I noticed a few items that needed addressed, and I also wanted to verify that the MINI was still in warranty. I scheduled the MINI in for a look with Ryan, and brought the car in. I was treated as if I had purchased the car new from Motor City MINI, and ALL of my concerns were completely addressed and corrected. Something was dragging off the rear of my car and sounded like it fell off. When I stopped to see what it was, I couldn't see anything obvious. 2.0"I came in for a rattling sound and for the exterior light sensor. While Ryan DeCosse heard the rattle, the mechanic did not and so the car was returned to me without a fix. The exterior light was replaced, but the sensor came back on a week later and I had to return to have it fixed again.
