    "I loved how John was always available to my fiance and I, and was able to answer all of my questions. He always took his time with us and I never felt hurried nor pressured. The only thing I did not like was when the finance guy took us into his office to explain extra options/packages to us. We listened to what he had to say, however, when he was done I had decided I did not want to purchase any extras at that time. He still pushed the issue and treated me as if I didn't understand the consequences if I did not do so. Again, I stated that I understood but denied purchasing the extras. He then proceeded to talk to me in a way that was very elementary and demeaning (just because I am a female does not mean that I do not understand how cars and tires work).     "I just want to say that Matt Goebel, my motoring advisor, did an outstanding job. He clearly is passionate about the product and has a very affable manner. It's important for you to know, however, that there were serious issues with the marketing piece that got me to come in to the dealership, and, as I understand it, this was an error on the part of the marketing partner who created the piece. They pulled the wrong data and therefore the dealership was unable to match the advertised monthly payments stated in the email. The email was great in concept and fatally flawed in execution. While this is not the fault of Motor City Mini and I feel the deal I ended up with was a very good one, with concessions made to me to make up for the marketing error, I feel that a brand such as Mini has to be very careful in selecting it's partners and making sure that the message that is being projected on it's behalf is fully reviewed and tested. A follow up email stating that there had been an error in the original email, offering an apology and an explanation to everyone who received the email, with perhaps some kind of perk, would have been a great way to handle this. Again, I do not want this to reflect on Matt in any way. He was great to work with and made sure that the situation with the email was investigated and that I was given a thorough explanation. The only reason that I am not selecting a score of 5 out of 5 is because of the marketing error and does not refelct in any way on Matt.
